Boxing Conditioning Class - Old school exercises to increase stability, strength, and power.
Ages 7-13. Focuses on building confidence, athleticism, and responsibility through the sport of boxing. Most importantly self respect, respect for others, and respect of the fight. Train hard enough and earn a spot in the Friday Night Fights!
Train with the methods passed down from generations of coaches and world champions dating back to the 1940s. Mitt work focusing on the "combo of the week." For competitive fighters and fitness enthusiasts.
Technique Class - stay fresh with head movement, footwork, and reaction drills as well as technical sparring. Must wear headgear and mouthguard for sparring.
Appointment based Open Gym. Contact Arielle to schedule. This is a perfect way to stay on top of your game if you missed a lesson, or to get ahead of the curve with extra practice.

Lace Up has teamed up with Jean-Robert's Gym and now offers a boxing class twice a week. Boxing Intervals is a 45 minute class for all levels. Jean Robert's is the location of Aspen Fight Nights: a monthly sparring exhibition event showcasing Lace Up's fighters.
*NOTE:* $10 drop-in or free to members of Jean-Robert's Gym.
Team Lace Up Training is an invite only class for the Aspen Fight Nights and competitive team.
