Ladies Night!
This is a Women/Girl's only Cardio Boxing and Self Defense Class. 20 minutes of kick ass, music bumping shadow boxing routines. 20 minutes of bags (all types of strikes, not just punching). 20 minutes of partner drills with punch and kick shields.
Mitts and partner drills!
Break down technique and master combinations on the mitts and partner drills. Learn how to hold mitts and hit mitts with a partner. This helps with timing and placement for both participants!
A Lil' Bit of Everything!
An energizing and empowering way to start your day! Start your day with an energizing and empowering boxing class! Experience all types of boxing workouts - Mitt work, bags, partner drills, foot work, defense, conditioning, etc.
Sparring Prep!
Learn the basics of trading punches with choreographed combinations. Mouthguard is highly recommended! Class finishes with open sparring. Technical sparring for unsanctioned participants and competition sparring for sanctioned fighters.
