“For the past year and a half, I have trained with Arielle as a personal trainer as well as a boxing instructor. Let me tell you, she works you out until you are dripping with sweat, but she makes it so much fun (especially the boxing) you forget you are even working out! I love that she uses natural movement and calisthenics. Fitness should be fun and safe. I have several old but active injuries, and Arielle had been so accommodating, helping me participate in tough classes/workouts I probably would have skipped otherwise.
