Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday’s at 6pm.
Household items and/or home fitness equipment needed for each workout will be posted an hour before workout on social media “Stories.” (@laceupboxingclub)
Shadowboxing and calisthenics are the “magic bullet” to boxing, so you will be able to sharpen your skills and focus on how to RELAX ;)
Monday: Instagram Live Only and FREE (donations accepted @avgLaceUp on Venmo). Cardio with shadowboxing, plyometrics and agility drills. Follow @laceupboxingclub on Instagram to take free class.
Tuesday: Strength and conditioning for both boxing and functional training
Wednesday: Single person (or partner drills) with shadowboxing and mitts along with calisthenics and plyometrics
Thursday: Single person (or partner drills) with shadowboxing, footwork and defense drills along with calisthenics and plyometrics
